Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Reservations ON HOLD (registration form submitted) may be canceled without penalty.
- Reservations that have been CONFIRMED (payment details have been received) but payment has not been processed may be canceled without penalty.
- Reservations that have been CONFIRMED and payment has been processed may be modified with no penalty as follows:
- Confirmed participant may attend the same Ascent Training course offered at a different location or on another date.
- Confirmed participant may apply the payment to a different course offered by Ascent Training Group.
- Confirmed participant may transfer their registration to a colleague.
- The registrant is wholly responsible for contacting Ascent Training Group to modify, transfer, or receive credit for a session.
- Refunds will be granted for cancellations that can not be accommodated by one of these options, subject to a 25% administration fee.
Class Enrollment Policy
- Classes are typically limited to 24 attendees. When a specific class is filled with confirmed registrants, any additional registrants will be placed on a hold list. If seats in the class become available, the on hold registrants will be notified in the order the requests were received. The on hold registrant may elect to either attend the course or pass without penalty.
- In the event that a class does not acquire the minimum number of attendees, the registrants will be notified of the cancellation approximately 3 business days prior to the start of the class and no payments will be processed. Ascent Training Group will not be held responsible for any incidental cost incurred (hotel, airfare cancellation / change fees, etc.)
