Process Mapping Tools and Techniques

Process mapping is one of the most fundamental and powerful tools used in any improvement initiative.  Proper use of this tool can improve communication and quickly uncover “low hanging fruit” improvements that do not require advanced methodologies to identify and repair.  Course participants will learn about different types of process maps, the strengths and shortcomings of each type, facilitation techniques, and some time saving keys to creating an electronic version of your process map.
